Teresa Ricketts - Owner
After building a successful career in Corporate Law, Teresa sought new challenges and opportunities, which led her to transition into the field of Residential Property Management. It was during this time that she discovered a genuine passion for the industry. In 2024, Teresa founded Trifecta with the intention of addressing the ever-changing needs of both property owners and tenants. Her vision was to establish a company capable of adapting to the dynamic requirements of the property management sector, ensuring clients receive responsive and effective service. Teresa serves as the employing broker at Trifecta, taking on a leadership role that reflects her dedication to excellence. She is also an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), a testament to her commitment to professionalism and upholding industry best practices. In addition to overseeing daily operations, Teresa is the primary point of contact for both property owners and tenants. She diligently stays informed about all housing laws and compliance standards, ensuring that Trifecta maintains high ethical and legal standards. Teresa's goal is to grow the company while preserving the personal relationships that are the foundation of quality property management. Outside of her professional life, Teresa values spending time with her family and her dogs, Gunther and Georgia.

Mickey Ricketts - Director of Operations
Mickey began his professional career working in large corporate property operations and security. This foundational experience provided him with a solid understanding of the complexities and responsibilities involved in managing significant property assets. After his time in the corporate sector, Mickey transitioned into residential management. This move allowed him to further develop his expertise and adapt his skills to a new environment focused on resident needs and property upkeep. As the Director of Operations, Mickey is responsible for overseeing the maintenance department and vendors. His role involves a combination of tactical planning and day-to-day problem-solving, ensuring that all properties are maintained and operate efficiently. Mickey's hands-on approach helps address issues as they arise, keeping operations running smoothly. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mickey enjoys taking rides on his motorcycle and hanging with his dog, Jax.

Bryan brings decades of expertise in property maintenance, with a background that encompasses both commercial and residential properties. Over the years, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the unique requirements and challenges associated with maintaining different types of properties. His extensive experience has made him an invaluable member of the team, capable of handling a wide range of maintenance tasks and challenges with confidence and skill. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending quality time with his family. He also has a passion for exploring different parts of the country, seeking out new experiences and destinations that enrich his perspective and contribute to his personal growth.
