Teresa serves as the employing broker at Trifecta, taking on a leadership role that reflects her dedication to excellence. She is also an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), a testament to her commitment to professionalism and upholding industry best practices. In addition to overseeing daily operations, Teresa is the primary point of contact for both property owners and tenants. She diligently stays informed about all housing laws and compliance standards, ensuring that Trifecta maintains high ethical and legal standards. Teresa's goal is to grow the company while preserving the personal relationships that are the foundation of quality property management. Outside of her professional life, Teresa values spending time with her family and her dogs, Gunther and Georgia.

As the Director of Operations, Mickey is responsible for overseeing the maintenance department and vendors. His role involves a combination of tactical planning and day-to-day problem-solving, ensuring that all properties are maintained and operate efficiently. Mickey's hands-on approach helps address issues as they arise, keeping operations running smoothly. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mickey enjoys taking rides on his motorcycle and hanging with his dog, Jax.
